why pay the tire shop?!?

Recently had four new tired mounted on my 5000lb trailer. The shop neglected to change the valve stems and all four began to fail after years of use. This tool allowed me to change all my stems in minutes without having to remove the tires from the rims!!!! Joy!Great tool, simple to use. Four stars on because it seemed a bit over priced for such a small set of tools. Otherwise love it.

It's cheap junk

In short:The T handle snapped off with the very first use.The removal tool bent, very easily, with the first use.The insertion method didn't work, despite coating the new stem and hole in lube.And the valve stems were destroyed with each attempt to remove or install using this inferior product.STEER CLEAR...IT'S A HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

Lousy extration tool

The extraction tool in this kit is junk. When I tried to slide the hook past the valve stem, it immediately bent. After straightening the soft wire and using a vise grip attached close to the hook, it finally slid past the stem. When I tried to remove the old stem the handle popped right off the wire. Had to use the vise grip again to remove the stem. The insertion tool does work if you use a lube that's REALLY slippery. Test what you are going to use by sliding a new stem through the funnel before trying to do the actual insertion. If you can force it through using the lube you have chosen, chances are you might be able to insert the new stem into the wheel. It took me 3 attempts and 3 different lubes to finally get the job done. It's not easy. Knowing what I know, would I spend my money on this product again? Absolutely not.
