Slime and Air Compressor

Over the last 2 years we have purchased 5 of these -- 4 for our / kids' cars and one for a girlfriend's car. Had to use one once ... got the flat - on one of our back roads .. about 10pm at nite - called hubby - he had left his phone in kitchen ... errrrr..... so my daughter and I did the slime thing for our first time .. compressor worked fine - a little slow .. but oh well - it wasn't a garage compressor - and it did the trick .. we got home .. no issues. The benefit of using one kit one time was worth all 5 kits. (4 of our kits are this size - we bought a bigger kit with stronger compressor for the truck).

Great product - works as advertised

I have one of these kits in each of my cars. I have had to use three times over the years. 10-15 minutes and I was good to go, and the repair was permanant. Well worth the $20 for this kit, and you can buy extra bottles of slime in case you need them. Trust me, the first time you have a flat and are sitting in a parking lot or at the roadside at 10PM, you will be glad you have this kit vs having to drag your jack/spare tire out of the trunk. The instructions are very simple and it does not require a lot of knowledge or any tools other than what is in the kit. If you run over a nail or have some other kind of minor damage, this is your answer. Obviously this will not fix a tire that has serious structural damage.Don't buy this to use as an air compressor for daily use - this is an emergency kit to take out when you have a flat. If you want an air compressor for daily use then buy something more substantial. I have had no problem with the compressors working when I have needed them and the three kits I have are all in good working order.

Not good quality

I bough this to air up the car tire when it was low, and after a few months (maybe after 4 or 5 uses) it stopped working. I later bought a bigger "slime" air compressor and the compressor stopped working as well (lasted a year for about 15 uses). I would stay away from slime products.
