As Others Have Said, No Tire

I purchased this item about a month ago, when it claimed shipping within 1 to 2 months. At the time, it specifically stated that tire would be mounted on the rim. And like others have said, the box came today with no tire at all. Checked the item page today, and the references to a tire were removed, now claiming that tire is not included. Needless to say, I'm sending it back. Why call it a "Spare Tire Kit" when there is no tire included, and if this is a reversal from the previous claim, the price should reflect this. Generally Amazon is excellent, so I am not sure what happened here. So for anyone interested in this, be aware that you are not getting a tire with this kit anymore. And honestly, you can buy a full-size inexpensive steel rim and tire to match the tires your car came with for less money, and you will have a full-size spare tire instead of the little donut.

Elantra spare tire kit

The first order I received contained no tire. Amazon paid to have the kit returned and was to replace with a kit with a tire mounted in wheel. Received second order today, no tire on wheel. Emailed Amazon and they stated it was errounesly indicated on website that it kit had a tire mounted. Website now does not list kit with a tire. Sending second shipment back for a refund. What a joke!

Amazon pulled a fast one

Just received this item. Is is just me, or does it state under product features "tire is mounted on rim prior to shipping". No tire, no mounting no chance of using this. Any one that thinks they can save some money vs going to your Hyundai dealer - BEWARE!!! THIS IS BAD NEWS!!!!! AND why can't I give this rating a ZERO?????
