Diasappointing

The product is beautiful and works well, but it is disappointing in a strange way. Unfortunately for the manufacturer, I ordered one analog and one digital. The two have a significant discrepancy in the reading, exceeding the maximum combined advertised tolerances. I do not know which one is correct at this time. I tried to contact the manufacturer, with no response. While the product appears really good, the lack of relative precision between two items from the same manufacturer is disappointing.

Works well. Checked accuracy against another digital gauge and it was within 1/2 lb. should work fine for my needs.
